Ingredients

  • 1 Can BRUNSWICK SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp scallion, chopped
  • ¼ tst thyme, chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Tsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • Crack eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Add scallion, thyme and BRUNSWICK® SARDINES and mix with a fork.
  • Heat oil in a skillet on medium and then add egg mixture. Scramble with a fork until fully cooked.
  • Serve with toast and a slice of tomato
