Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SWEET CORN, drained
  • 4 pcs corn taco shells
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ avocado, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. 1Warm Taco shells in oven, 375°F for 10 minutes
  2. 2Mix yogurt, taco seasoning, lime juice and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside
  3. 3Top shells with lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, avocado and BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA. Drizzle tacos with yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro
