BRUNSWICK® TUNA CORN TACO

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SWEET CORN, drained
- 4 pcs corn taco shells
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ iceberg lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ avocado, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
- 1Warm Taco shells in oven, 375°F for 10 minutes
- 2Mix yogurt, taco seasoning, lime juice and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside
- 3Top shells with lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, avocado and BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA. Drizzle tacos with yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro
