Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER, drained
- 4 eggs large
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 tbsp. cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch salt (optional)
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2In a bowl whisk eggs and milk until well combined.
- 3To the egg/milk mixture, add the onion, mixed vegetables, cheese, BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER, pepper, and salt.
- 4Scoop mixture into lightly greased mini muffin pans.
- 5Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until quiche are just set and slightly puffed.
- 6Let cool before removing from pan.
