BRUNSWICK® TUNA VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 2 cans BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup carrot, chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- ½ cup parsley fresh, minced
- 1 ½ cup kale, finely chopped
- 2 broccoli heads, chopped
- ½ tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. Maggi spice chicken flavor
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, celery and carrots for five minutes. Add green pepper and continue to sauté.
- 2Add parsley, kale, broccoli, chili flakes, spice and BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA. Simmer until heated and vegetables are tender.
- 3Serve with jasmine rice.
