BRUNSWICK® SUNSHINE SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients
- 1 Can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp scallion, chopped
- ¼ tst thyme, chopped
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 Tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Crack eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Add scallion, thyme and BRUNSWICK® SARDINES and mix with a fork.
- 2Heat oil in a skillet on medium and then add egg mixture. Scramble with a fork until fully cooked.
- 3Serve with toast and a slice of tomato
