Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped Chadon Beni
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. chili pepper
  • ½ tsp. mustard
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Mash sardines. If preferred, remove the bones first.
  • Add onion, Chadon Beni, mayonnaise, chili pepper, mustard and paprika and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  • Spread on your favorite crackers or baguette. Or, add extra mayonnaise and use as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
