BRUNSWICK® SARDINE CHILI SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped Chadon Beni
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. chili pepper
  • ½ tsp. mustard
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. 1Mash sardines. If preferred, remove the bones first.
  2. 2Add onion, Chadon Beni, mayonnaise, chili pepper, mustard and paprika and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  3. 3Spread on your favorite crackers or baguette. Or, add extra mayonnaise and use as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
