BRUNSWICK® SARDINE CHILI SPREAD

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
- ½ cup onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped Chadon Beni
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. chili pepper
- ½ tsp. mustard
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- Salt to taste
Directions
- 1Mash sardines. If preferred, remove the bones first.
- 2Add onion, Chadon Beni, mayonnaise, chili pepper, mustard and paprika and mix well. Add salt to taste.
- 3Spread on your favorite crackers or baguette. Or, add extra mayonnaise and use as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
