Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, any flavour
  • 20 large Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tbsp. Green onion, minced
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried dill or herb of your choice
  • Pinch Salt and black pepper
  • 8 drops Hot pepper sauce

Directions

  • Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and set aside.
  • Sauté green onion and minced mushroom stems in butter until soft. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese.
  • Add BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS (with sauce) and remaining ingredients. Mix.
  • Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
