Brunswick® Fillet Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, any flavour
  • 20 large Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tbsp. Green onion, minced
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried dill or herb of your choice
  • Pinch Salt and black pepper
  • 8 drops Hot pepper sauce


  1. 1Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and set aside.
  2. 2Sauté green onion and minced mushroom stems in butter until soft. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese.
  3. 3Add BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS (with sauce) and remaining ingredients. Mix.
  4. 4Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
