Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Drain BRUNSWICK® SARDINES and place on plate. Squeeze lime juice over sardines. Add tomatoes, onion and bell pepper.
  • Generously drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve with warm crusty rolls.
