BRUNSWICK® TUNA SALAD WONTONS

Ingredients
- 2 cans BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in WATER, drained
- 1 pack wonton skins
- 1 tbs. vinegar
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup pimento peppers, chopped
- ½ cup tomato, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
Directions
- 1Place the wontons in a lightly greased muffin tin. For crispier wontons, also lightly grease the inside of the wontons before placing them in the tin
- 2Place in an oven preheated to 350°F and bake for approximately 10 min or until the wontons are a light brown in color
- 3Remove from oven and allow to cool
- 4In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA, vinegar, onion, pimento, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper
- 5Fill each wonton with 1 spoonful of the Tuna mixture and sprinkle with chives
