Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS (Tuna filling)
  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in WATER
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • INGREDIENTS (Potato Topping)
  • 1 cup potato flakes 
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ cup evaporated milk, warm
  • 1 ½ cup water, warm
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated for garnish

Directions

  • In skillet over medium heat add oil and sauté onions. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add BRUNSWICK® TUNA, chives, all-purpose seasoning and pepper. Cook for 1-2 min. and set aside to cool
  • In a bowl combine potato flakes, butter, complete seasoning, parsley, pepper, milk, and water and set aside
  • Using greased ramekins, fill half with Tuna filling and top with the potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 min
  • Garnish with fresh chives and serve with BBQ or your favourite sauce
