Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SMOKE FLAVOUR, drained
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup couscous, pre-cooked
  • 1 tsp. garlic butter
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Mediterranean dressing
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. feta cheese
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ lime - juice

Directions

  • Bring water to boil. Add pre-cooked couscous and garlic butter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Combine BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black pepper and dressing in medium bowl.
  • Place lettuce on place. Top with couscous, tomato mixture and cheese.
  • Sprinkle with fresh lime juice
