1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Italian parsley
¼ cup green bell peppers, diced
½ cup onions, chopped
½ hot pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 egg, beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup crackers, crushed
¼ tsp. salt
Juice of ½ lemon
Vegetable oil
Directions
In a bowl mix BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO with garlic, parsley, bell peppers, onions, hot pepper, chives, egg, breadcrumbs, crackers, lemon juice and salt
Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan
Drop fritter batter into the hot oil by the spoonful, and fry for about 4-5 min, turning once so both sides are golden brown
Serve with salad
