Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Italian parsley
  • ¼ cup green bell peppers, diced
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • ½ hot pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup crackers, crushed
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  • In a bowl mix BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO with garlic, parsley, bell peppers, onions, hot pepper, chives, egg, breadcrumbs, crackers, lemon juice and salt
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan
  • Drop fritter batter into the hot oil by the spoonful, and fry for about 4-5 min, turning once so both sides are golden brown
  • Serve with salad
