BRUNSWICK® TUNA BURGER

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SMOKE FLAVOUR
- ½ cup sweet green pepper, chopped
- ½ cup Crix biscuit, grounded
- ½ tsp. parsley
- ½ tsp. chive, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 4 slices of tomato
- Buns
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, sweet pepper, biscuits, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and egg
- 2Shape into four burgers
- 3Add vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes
- 4Place each burger in a bun and add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and you favorite toppings (ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce)
