Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SMOKE FLAVOUR
  • ½ cup sweet green pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup Crix biscuit, grounded
  • ½ tsp. parsley
  • ½ tsp. chive, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Buns

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, sweet pepper, biscuits, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and egg
  • Shape into four burgers
  • Add vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes
  • Place each burger in a bun and add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and you favorite toppings (ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce)
