Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membrane. Place in a greased baking dish
  • Mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, parmesan, cheddar cheese, cumin and salt. Stir well to combine
  • Spoon Tuna mixture evenly into each halved pepper
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F
  • Serve hot with a side of your favourite rice
