BRUNSWICK® TUNA BELL PEPPER HALVES

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membrane. Place in a greased baking dish
- 2Mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, parmesan, cheddar cheese, cumin and salt. Stir well to combine
- 3Spoon Tuna mixture evenly into each halved pepper
- 4Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F
- 5Serve hot with a side of your favourite rice
