Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® TUNA FLAKED in Oil or Water, drained
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup baked beans in tomato sauce

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium – high heat. Add onion, sweet pepper, garlic, tomato, and scotch bonnet pepper.
  • Once seasoning is lightly brown add baked beans and BRUNSWICK® TUNA FLAKED and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice, macaroni or dumplings, yam and bananas.
