Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA THAI CHILI SAUCE
- ½ cup red sweet pepper, chopped
- ¾ cup ground Crix biscuit
- 1 tsp dry Parsley
- 2 tbsp. chive, chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of cucumber
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, sweet pepper, biscuits, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and egg
- 2Shape into four burgers
- 3Add vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes
- 4Place each burger in a bun and add lettuce, tomatoes, and you favorite toppings (ketchup, mayonnaise
