Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in SOYA OIL or WATER, drained
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf white hard dough bread (can be substituted with other bread)
  • 2 cups cooked callaloo

Directions

  • Drain and flake BRUNSWICK® Sardines in Soy Oil.
  • Add thyme, onion, salt and pepper, lime juice, and mayonnaise.
  • Slice hard dough bread lengthwise and flatten with rolling pin.
  • Add callaloo.
  • Top with BRUNSWICK® Sardine.
  • Roll bread tightly and slice into pinwheels.
