BRUNSWICK® SARDINE CALLALOO ROLL-UP

Ingredients
- 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in SOYA OIL or WATER, drained
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 loaf white hard dough bread (can be substituted with other bread)
- 2 cups cooked callaloo
Directions
- 1Drain and flake BRUNSWICK® Sardines in Soy Oil.
- 2Add thyme, onion, salt and pepper, lime juice, and mayonnaise.
- 3Slice hard dough bread lengthwise and flatten with rolling pin.
- 4Add callaloo.
- 5Top with BRUNSWICK® Sardine.
- 6Roll bread tightly and slice into pinwheels.
