Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK° PINK SALMON, drained and boned
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 can butter beans, drained
  • 3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • 3 large kale leaves
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Grilled French garlic bread

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant about a minute
  • Add water, beans, BRUNSWICK° PINK SALMON, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add kale and simmer until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes
  • Add parmesan, let it melt and season with extra salt and pepper if needed before removing from heat
  • Serve with grilled French garlic bread
