BRUNSWICK® SALMON, KALE AND BUTTER BEAN SOUP

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK®° PINK SALMON, drained and boned
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 5 cups water
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
- 3 large kale leaves
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Grilled French garlic bread
Directions
- 1Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes
- 2Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant about a minute
- 3Add water, beans, BRUNSWICK®° PINK SALMON, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes
- 4Add kale and simmer until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes
- 5Add parmesan, let it melt and season with extra salt and pepper if needed before removing from heat
- 6Serve with grilled French garlic bread
