Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® PINK SALMON 418G, drained and deboned
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pimentos, finely chopped
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. 2Heat oil in a pan, and slightly sauté onions, pimentos, and kale for 3 minutes. Add BRUNSWICK® WILD ALASKA PINK SALMON and continuing fry
  3. 3In a bowl combine broccoli, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the sautéd vegetables
  4. 4Using a small cookie scoop, place mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, gently pressing to make all patties the same height
  5. 5In an oven preheated to 375°F. bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden
  6. 6Cool slightly and serve with salad or on bread
