BRUNSWICK® SALMON BROCCOLI PATTY

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® PINK SALMON 418G, drained and deboned
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup pimentos, finely chopped
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed and chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2Heat oil in a pan, and slightly sauté onions, pimentos, and kale for 3 minutes. Add BRUNSWICK® WILD ALASKA PINK SALMON and continuing fry
- 3In a bowl combine broccoli, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the sautéd vegetables
- 4Using a small cookie scoop, place mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, gently pressing to make all patties the same height
- 5In an oven preheated to 375°F. bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden
- 6Cool slightly and serve with salad or on bread
