Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER, drained
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp. whole milk
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 tbsp. cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch salt (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl whisk eggs and milk until well combined.
  • To the egg/milk mixture, add the onion, mixed vegetables, cheese, BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER, pepper, and salt.
  • Scoop mixture into lightly greased mini muffin pans.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until quiche are just set and slightly puffed.
  • Let cool before removing from pan.
