Ingredients

  • 2 cans of BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA in oil or water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp sweet peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic peg, crushed
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce
  • 1 slice bread, crumbled
  • ½ cup cooked peas (or your favourite)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or your favourite)
  • Butter (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly beat egg. Mix in 2 cans BRUNSWICK®CHUNK TUNA .
  • Add mustard, lime juice, sweet peppers, onion, garlic, chives, thyme, add pepper sauce.
  • Mix in 1 slice crumbled bread.
  • Press into a buttered loaf pan or 6 buttered muffin tins. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Dot with butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
