Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES or BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, drained
  • 3.5 oz. / 100 g whole wheat or multi-grain spaghetti
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and torn
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup radishes, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup baby corn, canned, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup / 125 mL light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. / 15 mL sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. / 15 mL rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, ground

Directions

  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and drain.
  • Add vegetables. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad, tossing gently into mix.
  • Add BRUNSWICK® SARDINES.
