Brunswick® Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES or BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, drained
- 3.5 oz. / 100 g whole wheat or multi-grain spaghetti
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and torn
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup radishes, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup baby corn, canned, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup / 125 mL light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. / 15 mL sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. / 15 mL rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
Directions
- 1Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and drain.
- 2Add vegetables. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad, tossing gently into mix.
- 3Add BRUNSWICK® SARDINES.
