Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA WITH SMOKE FLAVOUR
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ½ tsp Italian herbs
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup onions, minced
  • 1 Pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp. garlic butter
  • 3 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup corn
  • 2 tsp. Italian herbs

Directions

  • Combine oil, vinegar, Italian herbs and salt. Add minced onion and marinate one hour.
  • Spread pizza crust with garlic butter, cream cheese, and then sprinkle on parmesan cheese and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Top with spinach, corn, drained marinated onions, and BRUNSWICK®Tuna
  • Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with Italian Herbs.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for ten minutes
