Brunswick® Mini Tuna Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 cans of BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA in oil or water
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp sweet peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic peg, crushed
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pepper sauce
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- ½ cup cooked peas (or your favourite)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or your favourite)
- Butter (optional)
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2Lightly beat egg. Mix in 2 cans BRUNSWICK®CHUNK TUNA .
- 3Add mustard, lime juice, sweet peppers, onion, garlic, chives, thyme, add pepper sauce.
- 4Mix in 1 slice crumbled bread.
- 5Press into a buttered loaf pan or 6 buttered muffin tins. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6Dot with butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
