Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA IN WATER
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup carrot, chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup parsley fresh, minced
  • 1 ½ cup kale, finely chopped
  • 2 broccoli heads, chopped
  • ½ tsp. chili flakes
  • 1 tsp. Maggi spice chicken flavor

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, celery and carrots for five minutes. Add green pepper and continue to sauté.
  • Add parsley, kale, broccoli, chili flakes, spice and BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA. Simmer until heated and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve with jasmine rice.
