Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES
  • 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 half ripe plantains

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix onion, BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA, cheese and salt to taste set aside mixture
  • Boil plantains about 5 minutes and cut into one inch pieces
  • Scoop out the inside of the plantain pieces 1/2 inch deep and fill with the tuna mixture
  • Heat in microwave for 1 minute until cheese melt
  • Serve as side or appetizer
