In skillet over medium heat add oil and sauté onions. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add BRUNSWICK® TUNA, chives, all-purpose seasoning and pepper. Cook for 1-2 min. and set aside to cool
In a bowl combine potato flakes, butter, complete seasoning, parsley, pepper, milk, and water and set aside
Using greased ramekins, fill half with Tuna filling and top with the potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 min
Garnish with fresh chives and serve with BBQ or your favourite sauce
