Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL or WATER, drained
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Bread
  • Lettuce

Directions

  • Prepare tuna spread by combining BRUNSWICK® Flaked Tuna, onion, thyme, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise.
  • To assemble open face sandwiches cut toasted bread into quarters, lightly butter, add lettuce and cucumber slices, and top with Tuna mixture
  • Serve with homemade lemonade
