BRUNSWICK® TUNA MEDITERRANEAN SALAD

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with SMOKE FLAVOUR, drained
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup couscous, pre-cooked
- 1 tsp. garlic butter
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Mediterranean dressing
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 2 tbsp. feta cheese
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ lime - juice
Directions
- 1Bring water to boil. Add pre-cooked couscous and garlic butter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- 2Combine BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black pepper and dressing in medium bowl.
- 3Place lettuce on place. Top with couscous, tomato mixture and cheese.
- 4Sprinkle with fresh lime juice
