Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL or WATER
  • Vegetable oil for sautéing
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can (425g) mixed vegetables, drained

Directions

  • Sauté onion, scotch bonnet pepper, tomatoes, sweet pepper, garlic in oil.
  • Add vegetables and BRUNSWICK® Tuna.
  • Toss lightly and heat thoroughly.
  • Serve hot with rice.
