Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL or WATER
- Vegetable oil for sautéing
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ cup sweet peppers, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (425g) mixed vegetables, drained
Directions
- 1Sauté onion, scotch bonnet pepper, tomatoes, sweet pepper, garlic in oil.
- 2Add vegetables and BRUNSWICK® Tuna.
- 3Toss lightly and heat thoroughly.
- 4Serve hot with rice.
