Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA THAI CHILI SAUCE
  • ½ cup red sweet pepper, chopped
  • ¾ cup ground Crix biscuit
  • 1 tsp dry Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chive, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of cucumber

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, sweet pepper, biscuits, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and egg
  • Shape into four burgers
  • Add vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes
  • Place each burger in a bun and add lettuce, tomatoes, and you favorite toppings (ketchup, mayonnaise
