Ingredients

  • 2 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL, drained
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice  
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. onions
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp. butter
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Hot sauce or ketchup for dipping

Directions

  • Mix the BRUNSWICK FLAKED TUNA IN OIL, lemon juice, eggs, chives, onions, parsley, butter, and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Form into 12 patties and fry on each side until golden brown
  • Serve with hot sauce or ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad.
