BRUNSWICK® CRISPY TUNA PATTIES

Ingredients
- 2 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL, drained
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. onions
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp. butter
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- Hot sauce or ketchup for dipping
Directions
- 1Mix the BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA IN OIL, lemon juice, eggs, chives, onions, parsley, butter, and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste
- 2Form into 12 patties and fry on each side until golden brown
- 3Serve with hot sauce or ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad.
