BRUNSWICK® CRISPY TUNA PATTIES

Ingredients

  • 2 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL, drained
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice  
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. onions
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp. butter
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Hot sauce or ketchup for dipping

Directions

  1. 1Mix the BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA IN OIL, lemon juice, eggs, chives, onions, parsley, butter, and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste
  2. 2Form into 12 patties and fry on each side until golden brown
  3. 3Serve with hot sauce or ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad.
