BRUNSWICK® CHEESY TUNA AND BROCCOLI FIESTA

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA in WATER
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. hot pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ cup chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. Maggi all Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1Steam Broccoli for 5 minutes and set aside
- 2Add butter to a saucepan and sauté onion, celery, hot pepper, and chives for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and stir. Add milk and heavy cream and stir until thickened
- 3Add mushrooms, corn, BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA and broccoli heat through
- 4To serve sprinkle with cheese
