1 cup large onion, grated
½ cup bell pepper, grated
½ cup carrot, shredded
1 can medium sweet corn
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup ketchup
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, margarine and seasonings. Add the BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA, onion, bell pepper, carrot, sweet corn evaporated milk, and ketchup. Mix thoroughly
Add the cooked pasta and mix until well blended.
Place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 380°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
