Brunswick® Tuna Baked Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA, drained
- 6 tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Pinch Salt and Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 small Onion, sliced
- 1/2 medium Green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
Directions
- 1Stir together flour, cheese, baking powder and seasonings in small bowl and set aside. Whisk together oil, eggs and milk.
- 2Prepare vegetables and add flaked BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA. Add the oil/egg/milk mixture to the tuna and vegetables.
- 3Stir in the flour mixture and mix just until blended. Pour into a buttered 8" x 8" (20cm x 20cm) pan.
- 4Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares (Cover with foil for part of the baking time if top browns too quickly.)
- 5Alternate Serving Suggestions: Cut in smaller squares and serve as appetizers. Use vegetables of choice.
