  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA, drained
  • 6 tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • Pinch Salt and Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 small Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 medium Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped


  1. 1Stir together flour, cheese, baking powder and seasonings in small bowl and set aside. Whisk together oil, eggs and milk.
  2. 2Prepare vegetables and add flaked BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA. Add the oil/egg/milk mixture to the tuna and vegetables.
  3. 3Stir in the flour mixture and mix just until blended. Pour into a buttered 8" x 8" (20cm x 20cm) pan.
  4. 4Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares (Cover with foil for part of the baking time if top browns too quickly.)
  5. 5Alternate Serving Suggestions: Cut in smaller squares and serve as appetizers. Use vegetables of choice.
