Brunswick® Fillet Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, any flavour
- 20 large Mushrooms
- 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
- 2 tbsp. Green onion, minced
- 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried dill or herb of your choice
- Pinch Salt and black pepper
- 8 drops Hot pepper sauce
Directions
- 1Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and set aside.
- 2Sauté green onion and minced mushroom stems in butter until soft. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese.
- 3Add BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS (with sauce) and remaining ingredients. Mix.
- 4Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
