BRUNSWICK® TUNA OPEN-FACE SANDWICHES

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL or WATER, drained
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Bread
- Lettuce
Directions
- 1Prepare tuna spread by combining BRUNSWICK® Flaked Tuna, onion, thyme, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise.
- 2To assemble open face sandwiches cut toasted bread into quarters, lightly butter, add lettuce and cucumber slices, and top with Tuna mixture
- 3Serve with homemade lemonade
