BRUNSWICK® TUNA JALAPEÑO FRITTERS

Ingredients
- 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Italian parsley
- ¼ cup green bell peppers, diced
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- ½ hot pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup crackers, crushed
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- 1In a bowl mix BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO with garlic, parsley, bell peppers, onions, hot pepper, chives, egg, breadcrumbs, crackers, lemon juice and salt
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan
- 3Drop fritter batter into the hot oil by the spoonful, and fry for about 4-5 min, turning once so both sides are golden brown
- 4Serve with salad
