BRUNSWICK® CHEESY PASTA TUNA MELT

Ingredients
- 3 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA in OIL
- 800 grams Penne pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup margarine
- 1 tsp. each of curry, paprika, black pepper, chicken seasoning, pepper sauce
- 1 cup large onion, grated
- ½ cup bell pepper, grated
- ½ cup carrot, shredded
- 1 can medium sweet corn
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, margarine and seasonings. Add the BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA, onion, bell pepper, carrot, sweet corn evaporated milk, and ketchup. Mix thoroughly
- 3Add the cooked pasta and mix until well blended.
- 4Place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 380°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
